Tips:
- Experiment with different types of meditation. You will find that some work better for you than others. To help find the ones that work really well for you, create a YouTube playlist.
- If you are using these at night to help push aside the worries of the day, put on a comfortable set of noise isolation headphones. This keeps the outside noise down to a minimum but also sends a signal to others in the house that it's your time.
- Again, if doing this at night, place the phone or tablet upside down so that the back-light doesn't mess with melatonin production and affect your ability to fall asleep.
