Cognitive Behaviour Therapy or CBT as it is often referred to, is a series of tools and exercises designed to help remove the fog and disconnection brought about by a range of challenges. It will involve regular work away from the consulting session and some reflection. CBT helps bring about clarity around the connection between situations, thoughts, emotions and behaviours.
